Who Are We?
A Purposeful Beginning
We launched in 2010 as an Africa-focused Employer of Record (EOR) firm, built to help global organisations (SMEs, multinationals and NGOs) onboard, pay, and support talent even in countries where they had no legal presence.
Growing as a Trusted Partner
As our clients expanded, many set up their own entities in-country, but continued to rely on us for payroll, compliance, and statutory reporting. Their journey didn’t end with entity setup and neither did our support.
Acquired by ADvTECH
Africa HR Solutions welcomed ADvTECH Resourcing as a majority shareholder (51%). As a JSE-listed leader in education and resourcing, ADvTECH’s partnership marked a turning point in our story.
A Logical Next Step
To better serve established organisations, we introduced payroll outsourcing as a standalone service to make it easier for companies across Africa to manage cross-border payroll without complexity.
